We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and always available to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom. The hotel is located in a calm area, on the Abylay Khan avenue, well-connected to the city center by bus. We found it very convenient to travel around using the cheaper buses, thanks to the helpful information provided by the staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a unique touch including cornmeal mush and watermelon.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and the clean, well-maintained bathrooms make for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location in a calm and nice area adds to the overall positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast included in the stay is a great convenience.
